The new General Data Protection Regulation replaces the Data Protection Act 1998.  The new regulation places obligations on private organisations to be more accountable for data protection.  As your Personal Introduction Agency we hold your personal contact information along with email addresses and telephone numbers.  We also hold information about you personally which is generally the information on your Personal Profile.

ID requested upon joining is either shredded or deleted from our system, this also includes any photographs once they have been used on your Personal Profile.

The information we hold is key to our operations to be able to provide you with our service and support on an ongoing basis and is not used in any way shape or form for marketing purposes.

Part of the GDPR compliance regulation means we must provide you with the option to remove any or all the information we hold for you.  If you would like your details removing from our system and for us to no longer contact you by post or email please email: stating your Full Name and Membership number and request to be removed.  This shall be confirmed by email.

Please be aware that if you choose to be removed we will no longer be able to send you profiles.

1000’s of our members are currently frozen, which means we can not contact them and have not done so.  If reading this, you wish to remain frozen, there is no requirement to make contact unless there is a requirement within your membership Terms & Conditions.
